例1：

Whoever, in violation of Article 12 of this Law, steals encrypted information of others, illegally intrudes into the cryptography security system of others, or uses cryptography to engage in any activities jeopardizing the national security, public interests or legitimate rights and interests of others, shall be investigated for legal liability according to the provisions of the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China or other relevant laws and administrative regulations.

违反本法第十二条规定，窃取他人加密保护的信息，非法侵入他人的密码保障系统，或者利用密码从事危害国家安全、社会公共利益、他人合法权益等违法活动的，由有关部门依照《中华人民共和国网络安全法》和其他有关法律、行政法规的规定追究法律责任。（《密码法》第三十二条）

例2：

For the electronic data that cannot directly be accessed such as programs, tools or computer virus that intrude or illegally control the computer information systems, explanations of the attributes and functions of the electronic data shall be accompanied.

对侵入、非法控制计算机信息系统的程序、工具以及计算机病毒等无法直接展示的电子数据，应当附有电子数据属性、功能等情况的说明。（《关于办理网络犯罪案件适用刑事诉讼程序若干问题的意见》第十七条）

例3：

Where a cybersecurity service agency and its staff members entrusted by public security organs with technical support engage in activities harming cybersecurity such as illegally intruding into the network of the object of supervision and inspection, interfering with the normal functions of the network of the object of supervision and inspection or stealing network data, they will be punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 63 of the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China.

受公安机关委托提供技术支持的网络安全服务机构及其工作人员，从事非法侵入监督检查对象网络、干扰监督检查对象网络正常功能、窃取网络数据等危害网络安全的活动的，依照《中华人民共和国网络安全法》第六十三条的规定予以处罚（《公安机关互联网安全监督检查规定》第二十五条）
