The speaker will cover the following topics

1）Learn several simple psychological tips on what you can do to make the judges like you as a person and your pleadings better

2）Learn what it takes to succeed at answering questions, from properly hearing the question all the way to quickly finding back to your pleadings

3）Use body language carefully

4）Understand the differences between in-person pleadings and online pleadings and what simple tricks you can apply to make your online pleadings as compelling as in-person pleadings
