基金申请中，海外合作者如何提供同意书（附模板）
随着交流的便利，申请基金时邀请海外合作者参与已经越来越常见。
通常来说，海外合作者需要提供一份同意书，附在基金申请书材料中，以确认信息并供审核。
这份同意书需要用海外学者所在单位抬头的信纸打印，学者签字后寄给基金申请人。
在同意书中，海外学者需要提供对自己研究领域的简单介绍，并清楚地表达在该项目中具体参与的部分，以及对本项目的参与意向。
与海外合作者信息相匹配，在基金申请书的研究基础部分，可以放上海外学者与本项目最相关的论文和研究结果。
