In 2020, 80 of the 117 hearings hosted by HKIAC were fully or partially virtual. HKIAC offers comprehensive virtual hearing services and has developed a set of guidelines based on our significant body of expertise. With the virtual setting being an indispensable part of arbitrations today, a well-managed virtual hearing venue with high-quality services can be an important partner for the effective conduct of virtual hearings.
